We’ve been roasting coffee in Malta for ten years now. It’s hard to believe how fast time goes when you’re doing something you love.
It started with a simple idea: make really good coffee and bring people together around it. Not just serve cups across a counter, but actually build something—a place where everyone feels like they belong, where the coffee has a real story, where the people behind it matter.
Today we’re excited to share something we’ve been working towards for a while.
We’re Now Delivering Across Europe
For the past decade, our cafés in Valletta, Sliema, Marsaskala, Msida, Rabat, and Gozo have been home base. Each location has developed its own character over the years, but they all share the same heart—quality coffee, honest sourcing, and genuine hospitality.
We’ve spent these years learning our craft, building relationships with farmers, perfecting our roasting, and getting to know our community. Now we want to share that with coffee lovers across Europe who care about the same things we do.
How We Got Here
We focus on quality, complexity, and balance in the cup. That sounds simple, but it took years to really understand what it means.
We’ve built partnerships with farmers around the world—not just buying their coffee, but actually getting to know them, understanding their work, making sure they’re treated fairly. These aren’t quick transactions. They’re relationships that have grown over years.
The farmers we work with are serious about their craft. They know their land, they understand their plants, and they care deeply about the coffee they produce. When you taste our coffee, you’re tasting the result of all that dedication—from the highlands of Ethiopia to the mountains of Colombia to the volcanic soils of Guatemala.
Our cafés have become part of Malta’s coffee culture. Students come here to study. Friends meet up. Artists work on their projects. It’s become more than just where we make coffee—it’s where community happens.
